Signumify provides AI-powered real-time translation and localization that allows users to translate signs, printed materials, and NFC-tagged documents instantly into over 150 languages, while maintaining contextual meaning, emotion, and tone.

Signumify provides a suite of AI localization tools that allow users and organizations to:

• Instantly translate and understand signage, documents, posters, and NFC-enabled materials.
• Use their camera or NFC-enabled device to capture and interpret text or visual content in real time.
• Access and manage translations across multiple supported languages.

The Services are designed for global accessibility. However, users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Signumify complies with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Signumify does not provide Services that are customized for compliance with industry-specific legal frameworks, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). If your use is subject to such laws, you may not use Signumify.

Your Submissions

Submissions to Signumify

By submitting any ideas, feedback, or suggestions (“Submissions”) to us—whether by email, contact form, or within the platform—you assign all rights, title, and interest in those Submissions to Signumify. This means Signumify may use, modify, and commercialize your feedback without obligation to compensate or credit you.

User-Generated Content

If you upload, post, or share any content through Signumify (including translations, notes, or metadata):

• You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content.
• You agree not to upload or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, explicit, discriminatory, or misleading.
• You agree that your uploads do not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to others.

You are solely responsible for all content you share or upload through the Services. You agree to indemnify Signumify for any loss or liability resulting from your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than those expressly authorized. In particular, you may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the AI systems.
• Use the Services to create or train competing AI models.
• Upload harmful code, malware, or scripts.
• Misrepresent the translated output as human-certified translation when it is not.
• Use Signumify for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Signumify provides the Services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our AI translations or platform. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signumify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or profit loss, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
